Changed your mind? No worries! All unopened and unused merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund, no questions asked.

Order Procedure

Shipping

 

• order is placed 

• payment is confirmed

• we contact buyer for a preferred delivery date

• we will NOT ship unless we confirm you will be home to receive the fish

• fish are purged and prepared for shipping this takes 2 days

• once dropped off at shipping a tracking number will be provided   

Receiving

 

Your fish may be stunned DO NOT PANIC they may look dead , gill movement is hard to notice.

 

• Water temp  (80-85) , PH (7.0) , ammonia (.001) and nitrates (.001) must be at acceptable levels *

• Float the bag for 10 min

• add 1 cup of water every few min until the bag is almost full

• grab a top and bottom corner of the bag on the same side

• slowly poor the fish into the tank making sure to get them all

• fish still stunned will rest on bottom

• wait for 1.5 hr for heavily stunned fish to acclimate 

• feed the fish and enjoy

*  Ammonia, nitrites and nitrates are all byproducts of waste breaking down in an aquarium, and all are toxic at some level to your fish

 

Losses

 

 

•  ALL LOSSES MUST BE REPORTED WITH IN 2 HOURS OF DELIVERY

• Delivery time is official posted time of receipt and begins the 2 hour window

• MUST  PROVIDE VIDEO  PROOF - unless you want to cut them up for pictures

•  We do include extras into every shipment to cover the occasional loss

•  fish left at door  are NOT our responsibility

•  If you do experience heavy losses we will reship or refund at our discretion

•  Water temp , PH , ammonia and nitrates must be at acceptable levels or they will not make it.
